At VRI Tech Group, we are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who coordinates and executes marketing activities for 6 companies within the group. You provide structure, extract stories from the organization and take companies in tow to strengthen visibility and brand identity together.

Your Role

As Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for increasing the visibility of our companies and strengthening the identity of both companies and the group. You work within the existing marketing lines and ensure a consistent appearance and message. In addition, you manage all websites and social media channels (LinkedIn and Meta) within the VRI Tech Group.

What are you working on?

• Setting up and managing a social media content calendar.
• Creating and posting relevant content on our social media channels, such as vacancies and project updates. You proactively collect great stories and input within the group.
• Development of promotional material, such as banners, flyers and brochures.
• Organizing and preparing trade fairs and other events.
• Setting up and implementing recruitment campaigns.
• Maintaining and optimizing the Integron and DTS² websites.
• Renewing the websites of VRI Tech Group, Wadcon, Habeload and Munter.
• Analyzing website statistics and making suggestions for improvement.
• Writing the monthly internal newsletter.
• Work closely with those responsible for each company to develop a customized marketing approach.

As Marketing Coordinator, you really take the various companies in tow. You provide structure, set out the lines and ensure that plans are actually implemented. You monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary and work with those responsible for each company on achievable marketing plans with clear goals. In this way, you contribute visibly to the growth and success of our companies within the VRI Tech Group.

Who are you?

You are a creative jack-of-all-trades who enjoy both creating content and developing it yourself. You have experience with LinkedIn and Meta, know how to set up campaigns and analyze results. You work independently, love responsibility and enjoy setting lines yourself and involving others.

In addition, you have:

• At least MBO level 4, towards Marketing & Communication;
• Proven experience in a similar position. Junior is also welcome, as long as you can show what you've done (e.g. social media management for your sports club or your own projects). Therefore, please include a portfolio or examples with your application;
• Proven experience with graphics tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva;
• Knowledge of marketing tools, websites and SEO;
• Our websites run on Webflow: experience with this is an advantage, but you are at least able to master this quickly;
• You can use AI tools effectively for marketing purposes;
• And above all: strong creative thinking and an eye for quality.
