As a chief technician (assisting foreman), your tasks are focused on installing medium-sized low-voltage and high-voltage electrotechnical installations and eliminating faults. You work a lot independently and carry out the usual operations on a variety of construction systems. You regularly switch to other aspects and can tackle multiple tasks at the same time. Administrative activities, purchase orders, on-site recordings, calculations and a number of non-electrical activities must also be carried out. You have the freedom to organize the work yourself and manage the employees on a project.

Here are a few examples of the tasks you could perform:

• Recording potential works;
• Purchasing for project/directing works;
• de-energizing low-voltage installations, authorized to switch;
• Reading installation drawings and diagrams;
• Managing colleagues and determining the progress of a project
• Installation of electrical components and products on the basis of drawings;
• Installation of medium-sized electrotechnical pipe and cable installations based on drawings;
• Replacing parts of installations and systems during maintenance work;
• Installing data cable networks, assembling cat5e and cat6e data networks and measuring data networks;
• commissioning and testing of installations;
• Analyzing and resolving faults.

Who we are:

Munter Elektro is a nationally operating installation agency based in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Our activities consist of providing advice, engineering, construction and maintenance of electrotechnical, control and telematic installations. In our workshop, there is a panel building department that specializes in assembling and wiring switch control panels for industrial automation applications. We have a 24-hour emergency service.

About you:

You are a positive person who likes to work independently and spend a lot of time visiting customers to carry out your work there. You also recognize yourself in the points below:

• MBO 4 work and thinking level;
• Several years of experience in the same position
• A course in electrical engineering;
• Knowledge and experience with drawing reading;
• Living in the area of Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht;
• In possession of a driver's license.
