As a Service Coordinator, you are the hub in the web between our customers, field service engineers and internal departments. You ensure that our service and maintenance activities run smoothly, and that faults are addressed quickly and efficiently. Thanks to your coordination and technical knowledge, our customers remain satisfied and our processes run smoothly.
Consider the following tasks and responsibilities:
We are Dutch Theatre Systems & Services (in short: DTS²), the experts in designing and installing automated theatre hoisting and lifting systems. Our specialization includes a wide range of facilities, such as winch systems, orchestra box lifters and computer controls, steel structures, walkways, lighting bridges, roller attics and auditoriums. The installations that we install are equipped with high-end control computers and meet high security requirements. Our work often takes place in theaters across the Netherlands and Belgium. DTS² is part of the VRI Tech Group, a group of specialized powertrain companies.
You are a structured and strong communicator with technical insight. You plan efficiently, keep an overview and solve problems proactively. Accuracy comes naturally to you, and you make sure everything is right down to the last detail. Thanks to your collaborative attitude, you work smoothly with various departments and contribute to process improvement and innovation.
