Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Daily management of the business office;
• Supervision of activities and keeping the workplace organized;
• Hierarchical management of technicians and engineers;
• Planning responsibility for people and resources;
• Responsible for the lead time of requests and quotes;
• Responsible for the quality of the work done;
• Monitoring billing processes and financial progress;
• Responsible for delivery times of directorial work and projects;
• Conducting performance and progress interviews;
• Setting priorities for escalations and monitoring the progress of ongoing work;
• chairing operational and technical meetings;
• Stimulating cooperation with other companies within the VRI Tech Group;
• Actively contribute to external and internal audits.

• Minimum MBO work and thinking level (preferably in a technical or business direction);
• Demonstrable experience in an operational or managerial role in technology;
• Knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office packages;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Proactive attitude, solution-oriented and team-oriented;
• Familiarity with project-based work and process monitoring;
• You live a short distance from Groningen (max. 45 minutes) and have an affinity for technology.
