We are Dutch Theatre Systems & Services (in short: DTS²) and are specialists in the design and installation of automated theater hoisting and lifting installations. This includes winch systems, orchestra box lifters and computer controls, steel structures, walkways, lighting bridges, roller attics and auditoriums. The installations that we install are equipped with high-end control computers and meet high security requirements. Our work often takes place in theaters across the Netherlands and Belgium. DTS² is part of the VRI Tech Group, a group of specialized powertrain companies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee who enjoys working on the latest control techniques every day. An employee who likes to be away from home regularly three days/nights a week to stay in the city where the theater is located and who has no problem running emergency services. • You have an MBO diploma, in Electrical Engineering or similar;
• You have some experience as a technician/mechanic in a technical field (e.g. aviation, engines, electrical engineering, shipping);
• You are a team player who can give priority to teamwork in addition to individual work;
• You are motivated to work in a dynamic environment that is constantly evolving (technology and methods);
• You are not afraid of heights and have a valid driver's license (service purposes);
• You are not afraid of heights and you have no objection to being away from home for a few days in a row;
• You have a B driving license;
• You have or are willing to obtain a VCA-VOL certificate;
• You live in the Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht area.

We also take into account the balance between work and private life; during the projects, you work for 4 days and then enjoy 3 days of the weekend. In addition, we offer you 25 vacation days and 13 ADV days (collective labor agreement for Metal and Technology).
