• HBO work and thinking level, preferably in ICT, Business Administration or Quality Management.
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with or affinity for application management (preferably ERP systems and process support tools).
• Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO/VCA/SCL is a strong advantage.
• Analytically strong, accurate and able to operate independently.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to build bridges between technology, processes and people.
• Flexibility to work occasionally at project locations, including outside the Netherlands.
