Mechanical and electrical maintenance of your theatrical installation can be compared with an MOT inspection, though with one exception: if you let DTS² maintain your installations, you can choose the level of service you want, yourself. You decide what you want to maintain yourself and what you want us to maintain.
There are extensive possibilities – with help and training from our side – in doing a big part of the maintenance work yourself. We are open for any responsible cooperation. Cooperation and flexibility are a natural part of our long term relationships.
Maintenance and repairs
The technical lifespan of components is restricted and there will be a time that components have to be replaced or parts of the installations have to be repaired. This is why preventive maintenance is so important. This way, you are assured of a minimal loss of production time.
Regular preventive maintenance and inspection gives the posibilty to see problems before they lead to real trouble. We learned from experience that by making small repairs or adjusts in time often can avoid big repairs with high costs and loss of production time.
In case of repairs we always inform you up front what the expected costs will be.
Emergencies
Despite all the preservation you take, there is always a possibility that something breaks down. In this case you can call our emergency number day and night. You will always be directed to a qualified engineer who is usually able to help you on the phone. And if necessary, we will send one of our service engineers to your premises to make sure the problem will be solved.
