In recent months, consultations have taken place between the companies DTS² and Stapotech, which has resulted in both parties entering into a collaboration per November 2021.
Why collaborate
There are a number of reasons to start this collaboration right now.
• Making use of each other’s strengths Stapotech is known for its metalworking capabilities and practical mechanical solutions. At DTS² things such as engineering, (project) management, organization, controls and serial construction of control cabinets are the eye-catching points.
• Using each other’s resources By combining the available resources we can provide an even better service and execute the projects more efficiently, which can be a great benefit for all our customers. This includes project management, engineering, production and assembly on location. This is a major advantage, especially in this time of staff shortages.
• Expansion of business locations and support centres DTS² operates from Groningen and Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht and is therefore present in the north/east and west of the Netherlands. Stapotech operates from Hamont-Achel, in Belgium, just across the border south of Eindhoven and is therefore present in the south of the Netherlands and Belgium. Together we realize a better coverage of our work area, which leads to more efficiency and offers more service options

What will the collaboration look like
Both companies will still approach the market independently of each other and accept orders directly. However, in the implementation of the projects, the cooperation will become clearly visible. Matters such as the production of mechanical constructions and the like will mainly be placed with the Stapotech company. Matters such as project management, engineering and building control systems will mainly be done by the company DTS², while the two companies will be able to act jointly in the implementation on location.
